Orders
You can set up an account within the VermaGreen web store to save time on checkout process for subsequent orders. Your account will remember your shipping address details and other useful information. You can sign in and edit your account details as required.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order before it is shipped, please inform us by e-mail - only written cancellations will be processed. We will refund your deposit promptly if we have collected it before the cancellation, however a $10 per order fee will be subtracted from the refund to cover the expenses we incur in booking your order and making the refund. If the cancellation occurs before we have processed the order and collected the deposit then there is no charge for canceling.
Product Availability
VermaGreen cannot guarantee immediate product availability at all times, and reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Payment
The VermaGreen web store processes all payments through PayPal. This completely secure payment method allows you to use your credit card or your PayPal account. Whichever method you choose, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment, and then back to the VermaGreen website when you are complete.
You can pay using either:
1) Credit Card (without a PayPal account).
2) PayPal account
PayPal is a safe, easy way to pay.
- PayPal securely processes payments for you.
- Using a PayPal account lets you use your credit card or bank account online without exposing your card number (to merchants).
- Using a PayPal account facilitates speed through checkout. There is no need to enter your card/account number or address.
- If you don’t already have a PayPal account you can sign up for a PayPal account at the Payment stage during checkout.
Typographical Errors
VermaGreen strives to make every piece of information on our web store as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information through typographical errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Damages, Credits and Returns: Products may only be returned after obtaining a return authorization. Credit for return of damaged products is at the sole discretion of VermaGreen following determination of the cause of damage.
- If part or all of your shipment was damaged in transit, please call us immediately.
- You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging) and for return shipping costs.
- Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit.
- Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
- Clearance/Sale items are non-returnable.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of all returns.
State Sales Tax
VermaGreen is located in the State of Minnesota. We are required to charge sales tax for any items sold or shipped to Minnesota locations.

Copyright subsists in the various forms of work and subject matter on and accessible from the VermaGreen website. VermaGreen grants visitors to the site a license to download and display its copyright material for private and non-commercial purposes only.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "External Sites"). You acknowledge that the company is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site.
