Shipping Information
All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or the USPS. International shipments ship via USPS Airmail.
All On-line orders will ship within 24 hours or the next business day. If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email and/or phone of the delay.
To prevent shipping delays, verify that your correct Street address is entered. UPS will not deliver to a USPS Post Office Box. Also be certain your payment information is entered correctly. Many shipments are delayed because of improper credit card entry.
Delivery times vary by location. For domestic shipments, you may use a UPS Ground Shipping Map to estimate your package arrival if shipped by UPS. This map is only an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery for residential addresses. Also, when estimating your package arrival, the map does NOT include the day of pickup.
Selecting special service guarantees shipping service within that time period, such as “3 Day Select”,” 2nd Air Day”, or “Next Day Air”. Keep in mind that UPS Ground to a residential address is NOT guaranteed within the shipping map times, but special service is guaranteed with the selected service.
Keep in mind holidays when estimating package deliveries.
Some orders may ship the same day if the order is received early enough within the day. However, VermaGreen cannot guarantee that service for every order placed on-line. If you need an order shipped the same day to receive it by a certain date, please contact us directly via email at info@vermagreen.com.
Shipments may be track through the UPS website. Your confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number and a link to the UPS website.
